Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed with MRF Equipments through mrfequipments.com.au. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. Freight is quoted separately based on your delivery address and site access. We’ll confirm the final price, including freight, on your tax invoice before you pay.

Orders and payment

When you place an order we’ll email a tax invoice. Payment is by bank transfer. Your order is confirmed and scheduled once payment has cleared.

Stock

Items are subject to availability. If something you’ve ordered isn’t available, we’ll let you know and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Delivery

You’re responsible for making sure the delivery site is safe and accessible for the truck we’ve quoted. If a driver can’t safely deliver because the site isn’t as described, extra freight costs may apply. Delivery dates are estimates and can change due to weather, road conditions and other things outside our control.

Approvals

You’re responsible for any council or building approvals, pool fencing and licensed trade connections your project needs.

Pick up

Depot pick ups are by appointment. You must bring a suitable vehicle and follow site safety instructions.
