Buy or hire?
Hiring a portaloo makes sense for a weekend event. For anything longer, buying usually wins. Weekly hire and service fees add up fast, and after a few months a fresh water portaloo has often paid for itself. You also get to choose when it’s cleaned and where it goes next.

Questions we get asked
How often does it need emptying?
That depends on how many people use it. On a busy site, expect to empty and clean it every week or so. For light use on a farm or holiday block, it can go much longer.
Does the fresh water portaloo need plumbing?
No. It’s self-contained with its own fresh water tank and waste tank.
Can I use it on a building site?
Yes. Plenty of builders buy instead of hire, especially on longer jobs.
How is it delivered?
By truck to most of Australia. We’ll quote freight to your postcode.
